Looks like a galdr or a rotas cros if some kind.
And there is good and bad versions.
I supose there was no info on the sender of it.
So I supose it's a "black" usage of it.
And they tend to be used so the one theyr atended for to se it.

I forgot to mention it came with a black feather - some are saying this is death, not great but I do need to find out for sure really.
