is it normal that i have a connection w/one of my cats?

i was meditating and one of my cats at home came over to me and started nuzzling me up. is that normal?

Well it could have been that your cat was just bored. Or the energy you were gathering was bothering it. Or it was just worried because you weren't doing anything. This is all just my speculation.

ok then well she often comes near other times too. and yes maybe the energy i was drawing from the ground into my body may have bothered her.

Maybe your cat is your familiar, whenever I meditate or am working on a spell my dog always comes to my room(she is my familiar).

my cats my familar but i liked my raven better but the wolf was way cooler awewell lol i cant make up my mind lol

The weirdest thing happened to me, I was watching TV and my cat did the samething and so did my girlfriend weird.

Cats nuzzling is a common thing with unless they are the mean ones.

Something some people don't know- cats can see and are attracted to energy. Attract a noticeable amount of energy = be noticed by a cat. If your cat likes you, obviously it's going to go up to you and nuzzle or rub against you on occasion anyways.

They are very helpful in many types of spellcasting for that reason, Sabata. Perhaps that's why they might be considered the traditional pet for witches, at least stereotypically. I know one reiki master who uses his cat as an assistant during healing sessions and since cats can see spirits they are capable of keeping the bad ones away. However, some cats have to be taught to not bother the good ones, else they become a bit of hindrance during necromancy.

Just thought I'd share to get the knowledge out there.
