exam stress..

hello, the exams are approaching rapidly here (june 2nd), and I have some trouble focussing and concentrating. I know spellcasting works for me, have done it before (got back my boyfriend :) )
but I really need to pass my year..I know spells won't get me an A but, is there a spell to help me focus or get better results?

meditation will be more helpful to you for improving focus than a spell

While you are studying try chewing peppermint gum or sucking on some kind of mint. Do that durring the exam as well. It helps. That's how I graduated high school. lol. Peppermint helps to increase concentration and improve memorization and recall. Burning peppermint insence while studying helps too. Though I would try the meditation thing before studying to get yourself in the frame of mind to concentrate.

You know when ever I started to stress out I always thought it was becuase I couldn't focus or because I was worrying. I learned something I'm not stressing because I cant focus I'm stressing because I'm bored and that might just be your real problem. You get bored you loose focus and interest on it instead of just studying like crazy try to enjoy your life. Make something wonderful happen go to a party have fun get that feeling that your alive then do your work It's how I do it and hell its even made me so much more smarter and enthusiastic the reason I know this is because I can't remeber a thing I studied when I was bored but when I'm feeling alive I can know a subject like my best freind. So don't worry be happy!

You can call on some specific dieties, Fortune (luck), Horus (math), the list continues. But remember they wont give you a grade.

Meditation is definitely a good solution. Also try and get together with some friends and revise in groups, it takes away the stress of being alone and you can talk about everything to see if you're right. I'm going through my exams at the moment and they are stressful but being with friends and meditation helps me a lot. But everyone's different :) Hope you get good grades
