Dream interpretation

I need your help in reading this dream.I have had this
dream several times in which someone I do not know or cant see usually
holds me on the right leg with force in my bed so much so that I can not move.I only
wake up from such dream after great struggles.I really need your help
since this has been bugging me for long and has happened to me
recently and this time i saw some people though like shadows in the dream.

could be that someone is holding u back in something, perhaps something u want to achieve but u cant?

Next time u have this dream, dont try to struggle against the one holding u. Visualize a burning cross goin from your third eye and hitting the one holding u.

If it happens to you again try to realize that you are dreaming then once you know you can start to control the dream and make the guy get off of you.
