Scared and uneasy

Recently, I have felt uneasy about my house. It feels like someone is watching me, or there is someone in my house. I don't know if it's from the game my friend played called return to mysterious isalnd, I freaky game, or demons, spirits or shadows are watching me. If so, how do I get rid of them? I'm easily scared and wouldn't survive if they attacked me.

It feels like someone is watching me inside my house when I am alone.

It couldjust be your paranoia. You prbably scared becuz of what was said on here
