Substitute for oils.

Is there any other alternate/substitute for oils and essence, for our spells and rituals?

You don't really need to use any particular component for a spell. Each component provides a sort of mental connection with you, helping you to gather the necessary focus, intention, emotion, and energy for the spell. Some components will offer a bit of energy of their own, as well. If you wish to substitute it would depend very much on what you need a substitute for, what kind of spell it is, and why. The best way to replace a particular component would be to choose something that possesses equal meaning to you, and really sort of "calls out" to you as an equal, if not greater, addition to your magic.
