Book of Shadow (BoS)

I'm just wondering, all of the people who are asking about BoS haven't started doing magick right? As everyone is meant to have a BoS

I've been practicing for over 17 years and I don't have a BoS. It's all in my head.

Will I make one some day? Probably. But you don't "have" to have one.

A witch's Book of Shadows(BOS) isn't something that is mandatory. However it is very useful in many cases, especially during the winter months which is a time of reflection. Going over past rituals and magical workings can give you idea's for the coming year ahead.

Yes, you can live without one but for a Wiccan you must have one as part of the traditions. Whether your solitary or not.

It is not manditory for a wiccan to have a Book of Shadow's. It can help, but it isn't necessary.

All my family, dating back generations and generation have been witches- so my BOS has been handed down to me from the very witch in my family... i wll hand it down to my children and then their children and so on, so forth
