banish bad emotion

Got to a place outside(at night it works better)and sit down and light the paper and say:

Bad emotion go
away from me
and never come
back,your taking
over me.
So mote it be

found this spell really works well I was feeling sick,done this spell and felt it go away,wicked spell.

I just used a scrap of paper,I think its the fire that matters not what's written on it.
