plz help! 3rd eye..n pain

i have done a ritual for developing a thrd eye and i just finished it... my forehead hurts!! and one time i blinked and i actually felt something on my head when i blinked like a prssure like it was blinking 2! is this normal?

I too have pressure/pain when concentrating on Third eye. From what little I've read, it seems similar to exercising a muscle that is weak or stiff. it takes time and rest.

I hope someone with a lot of experience sees this thread. I could use some information too.

It is your third eye opening, many feel pain when the happens, I rest a quartz crystal on my head an meditate, letting the crystal absorb all re bad energies and pain. BUT REMEMBER to cleanse it before use.

Sometimes you can have problems with your third eye opening because you have not prepared properly. The health and strength of the 6th chakra is interdependant on the health of all your other chakras. Any kind of trauma, like intense forcing, or drug trauma, will result in diffiulties with over-activity, that you're unprepared for. I really think that there is no need to rush into openening this chakra, it will open naturally with healthy practice and a healthy lifestyle.
