can someone plz tell me how to cast my first spell? i literally joined a couple seconds ago but have been studying for about a week or two. i also tried some spells but idk if im doing them wrong or do i not no my basics? i really need help finding my power or base element... plz tell me how to cast my first easy spell correctly.... btw i want to do elemental spells and stuff like tht i dont do witchcraft or summonings....of any spirits cuz im afraid i might summon something evil into my home.... thanx

I can't help but noticing, you state you don't do "witchcraft nor summonings" but your chosen name is "SoulStealer?" Dude, this seems very contradictory.
Two things. First, you need to practice basics for a long time (traditionaly a year and a day) before you cast a spell. Second, you might like to do some research and redefine your undertanding of the term 'witchcraft'. Some good search phrases might be 'Witchcraft and modern Paganism', 'origins of wicca', or 'what is witchcraft?'. :)
well LoneStar thank you for the welcoming but i must state that the only reason that i put that as my username is because most of my usernames are easy to remember and i think witchcraft is kind of creepy and summonings i might try as long as i dont summon a demon or something evil i wnt to summon like an angle of health or something
ok i will try to study and research for a year and a day... which will take FOREVER but i can definetely try.... i think witchcraft as a talking to the devil sort of thing i have seen my cousins do it and they got possesed and talked to the devil with i thought was very scary. i also dont want to disturb spirits by summoning them and frankly have almost nothing to offer in return. any suggestions?
Quiet frankly, elemental magic is all that witches do, as the have a deep respect for nature. Also being a witch is not creepy at all, you just have re image that society cast on witches (how ironic). Just learn your basics, meditating, centering and grounding, and energy manipulation. You can find ample information on this site about all of it, just search the forums. Also, summoning cannot bring a bad soul into the house unless YOU summon a bad soul. Though all souls will hate you if you summon them, a better way is to CALL them... Big difference. Just study study study.
Usually a witch is a person who more on casts the spells while a wizard is a more spell-researcher. Welcome to Spells of magic and after studying the basics can you really get into casting the spells. Always believe in the magick you cast and make sure you know everything before you cast it.
I remember my first spells were weather spells, the first try I actually made it rain but that was only because I practiced my basics A LOT. And to find your element, think about what your zodiac sign is and look up the element for that sign.
