hello, I'm here to learn

I have been practicing for almost a year,alone. I know I need help. when I was young I could do so much and I'm trying to get back to that, or at least near. I have found that my thyroid is off and now with some herbal med's I have been picking up on some fun things. mostly my senses but i can feel a difference and loving it. If anyone has any ideas let me have it, I'm all ears.

Oh thank you soooo much! You just put hope back into this generation for me (even though I'm in it) and I would just practice you abilities everyday to get them stronger.
