spell for rule animals

guys i need your help.In these days my dog is very irritated he bites everyone and grumble me, i thought that he is hypnotized but i amn't sure because i my town people don't interest about magic but from last week i feel something strange what happens? besides i need spell fro rule animals please helm me!!!

hate double posting, i checked around, rosemary works as a substitute for frankincense as well as dragon's blood.

You can not rule animals!! you can learn to communicate with them , all animals use telepathy to communicate and we are able to communicate telepathically also , unfortunately most don't use this form of communication it's a forgotten art!
