Please realize that reality is on this plane and there lawsof nature and the universe and you can't create a golem minion or what ever it is you are trying to do, I've been a practioner for 45+ yyears and and still disalusioned by the nonsense spouted by many younger folks on this site. Stick with learning what you can as in reality you can't create or bind an imaginary creature, Tolkein was a gifted author wit a great imagination, but again his works are what we call fiction.

He is speaking of a Golem, from Hebrew mythology. It is reportedly a clay vessel/statue that is brought to life by binding/creating a spirit within it.
Unfortunately even within this mythology, the Golem was rather out of control and said to have went on a rampage, and it's creator had to destroy it.
The closest you can get in actuality is the creation of a servitor. And if you are referring to it as a minion and otherwise so inattentive as to proofread your single sentence, I will not provide further details.
I Apologize forb that over sight as I've had a rash of vampire spells and the like , The word rang a bell in the back of my mind but the left side didn't want to talk to the right side. It is just that too many younger people want cast some spells that are not possible at least not on this plane, and his reference to minion his wording sounded like Lord of the Rings, anyway I tried.

to me creating a servitor or thought-form is like creating a spirit and if it can have a effect on the physical realm then it wouldn't be fare-fetch that it could "possessed" a clay body to help in its task. so in short we could in theory make a golem but it would take alot of time and effort.

i don't know how to do it, but i just have to say, why? i've talked to a few people who want to summon or control some mythical creature. you do realize thats wrong morally right? it's similar to buying a slave, or using a work animal. there's a bit more lead way with a work animal, but they're not animals, so why force them into doing their bidding. while i'm not a fan, and i've only seen parts, i'm reminded of harry potter and the house elves. i'm sorry, i don't see why you'd want that. maybe to meet and befriend them, work on equal ground, sure, but own your own personal worker?
