First off what is vibrations? It's basically the energy in yourself that is moving. Everything is made up of energy and the energy in all things moves,whether it be a higher movement or a lower movement. Keeping your vibration at a higher moving pace will be of great benefit to you in more ways then one. It will help you keep sickness away,lower energies or situations (like attracts like), help you communicate with your spiritual team etc.

Exercise/Improving your diet- doing cardio increases the intake of breath, yoga, eating more raw grown foods, staying away from high sugar or processed foods.( Of course this is not to say you can't eat these thing, just like with anything it's done in moderation. )Also being thankful for your food and being aware of the journey it took to get to you.
5. Sounds- Chanting,Drumming, high vibration music.( Now most people would see say hip hop music being at a higher vibration then say death metal. Just because of the words in some songs or the tune of the music or the actually name the music goes under.This is not entirely true, because if death metal music gives you a happy and high energy feeling, then that music would be raise your vibrations. It just won't raise them as high or as fast as say chanting/meditation music would.

8. Expressing Gratitude- When we are grateful for things in our life,that is a way of moving us into a space of love, and being in a space of love is a very high vibrational feeling.
9. Spending time with people that are fun and laughing- Laughing is a great way to raise your vibrations because it helps relieve stress,anger,sadness,etc. You can't laugh and be depressed at the same time,they are opposite.(I am talking about a real laugh too not a fake one)
