those one days.

I know i'm not the only one who has had those days when you're feeling... just... off. it's getting increasingly difficult to want to go to work and try to stay up. As soon as I walk in, the negativity is just thriving there. Some can't work without being angry and it's extremly draining.. So, could anybody give me a tip for these days for when you're just... off? :(

Grounding, centering, and banishing are all very good ways to help with that.

A lot of those days are also caused by things like really bad astrological aspects (like Mars entering a sign it hates or Mercury going retrograde) or the moon going void of course. My boyfriend and I have found that a lot of this kind of negativity can be avoided just by knowing enough about the astrological forecast to see it coming. It can also help prevent long-term problems by making you more understanding of the situation. Like when Moon is in Aries, people are more hot-headed and prone to arguing, and if you realize it's just the astrology messing with your friend, they don't really mean that insult, you know not to take it seriously and it's one of those little things that can help prevent long-term arguments and problems.

it is best to give examples chiron, for there are different ways of grounding. Some people smoke I do not recomend this for it is very unhealthy. There are other way simply keeping ourselves distracted is a form of grounding like doing physical activities. If you can not get creative and figure something out there is always, cleansing the aura technique.
1: sit down and relax control your breathing.
2. Now imagine a brilliant light like the sun inside you getting brighter and brighter and hold this for a couple of minutes. Breath and focus on the slight energy buzz naturally you will absorb it and thats it.

The exercise can be done daily.

I agree with Chiron completely. I didn't believe in that stuff, until I had a friend who was very good at astrology. She would send me her "reports" of the next week and sometimes I just didn't get a chance to read them. I would be wondering why I was feeling so..well, you said it best, "blah!" And sure enough, when I read her emails, they were spot on. It happened time and time again until I really couldn't deny it's influence any longer.

I suggest wearing citrine or rutilated quartz to get through those tough days.

Anomaly: thanks for the advice, I will try this as well as what Blood_fire said. I've done the breaths but not the light, I've got hopes for it (:
and I must check out the astrology field if it's as you say.
