There is a property which I’m trying to sell. But every time my family comes close to doing this something goes wrong and the deal goes off. My father died trying to get rid of this house that we are currently living in. The house refuses to let go of us. My family has lived in this property for more than 70 years. I know what and who is causing the blockage in our life but I don’t know how to deal with it. As per the law in my country, specially regarding old properties, we can only sell this house to one person. If we buy another house without selling this house then we lose all rights to the house we are living in and will have to surrender it without a penny. This person who can buy the house wants the property but he does not want to pay the right price for it. And we’ve been haggling with him for decades. Recently he made us an offer again. And after deep deliberation, my family has agreed to the measly price (even though the house is worth much more). We don’t want to live in fear of this man any more. We decided that no matter how small the offer was, we would be free of living like slaves. But after making the offer, this man has disappeared again. He refuses to answer our calls, messages or emails. And it’s not like this man doesn’t have the money. He’s a millionaire who has made his millions by exploiting people like me. And sadly the corrupt system in my country supports people like him, making the rich, richer and poor, poorer. I don’t wish to cause anyone harm, including this man. I just want to get out of his clutches and this house. I’ve waited for Karma to come around for 20years now. I’ve lost my father as well now. Is there a spell to get this man to buy this property for the price that he himself has offered? I would be extremely grateful if someone could help me out. I have been practising magic myself and I know that the best spells are the ones written by yourself. However, this situation has been fogging my mind and not letting me think straight. Any help would be a blessing right now.

Sadly, there is no spell that can force or persuade this man to buy your house. You mentioned that according to the laws of your country, you could essentially abandon the house for another; how feasible would that be? Would it be possible at all to just cut free from this torture to be able to live a better life?

Satyr, I cannot abandon the house. If I do that, I'll go to jail. I can only sell the house to this one guy as per the law. And he doesnt want to pay for the entire value of the property. He has offered peanuts, which we accepted. Now when the time has come to close the deal, he has vanished. I dont have money for another house where the ownership lies with my family and not some jerk unless this house we're living in goes.

That is a sticky mess, and sadly you're right; the Gods have no part in such issues. Is there any way the law could be of help to you and your family, perhaps to track this man down and have him accept the money he asked for?

Satyr, I've tried everything. When Dad was alive, he decided to sue him. The case never got a hearing. But we were harassed beyond words. We had people vandalizing our electric fuses and water pipes. Dad got calls in the middle of the night that threatened to cause harm to my mother and me (and I was just in 9th grade at that time). Dad, out of sheer fright for his family's safety, eventually withdrew the case. As mentioned, the guy is already a millionaire who has made his money by exploiting common people like us. He's way too powerful and bends the law. He has politicians and mafia backing him. My family has been harassed for 20years. Casting a spell, not to harm him, but to sell this house to him for the price he offered, is, quite honestly, my last attempt to free my family. Any way if you do think of something, please do drop me a line.

And I'm happy to cast the spell myself. But I need some direction, without harming myself or my family.
