Hi, recently i have been experience random nose bleeds, being terribly cold even though it would be 90 or 100 deges outside. At first i thought it was only my body acting weird until today after i took a bath i saw some one watchong me from my closet. They had a beautifuly.golden tam face with dark eyes that looked straifht into mine idk if they were female or male but they were mad very angry can some pne please he me find away to get.it away from me i feel ot watching al.the time i cant.sleep!!!!

Oh and i shoud add that i am sensitive
to the paranormal and i only have performed whote magic ever. I do.sometome have lost spirts come my way, but they NEVER showed me thier face like that ony in dreams and have.never seemd likely to do harm

Try doing banishing and cleansing rituals; and to be on the safe side, go see a doctor about your nose bleeds and colds.

• Make a circle of salt around yourself if you feel threatened
• Cleanse your house/area with salt water
• Make a protective amulet

Don't assume your nosebleeds have anything to do with this being. I have no idea why anyone here would. The common cold can cause what you are describing. We don't always get extremely sick. Sometimes those days we feel "blah" are actually our bodies successfully fighting off infection. And with the weather the way its been (dry weather causes nosebleeds) even my nose has seen its better days, but I've never had a nosebleed in my life, so I can't relate.

Not everything in your life is going to be magick related. Maybe try going to a doctor. Maybe get some herbs to heal you.
