most people are born, to become one, you need to work with energy. i've heard crystals help those trying to become psy vampires to sense/tap into energy. i don't really know much about it though, while i have some friends who are, i'm not, and haven't had any interest in it. try seeing aura's, and energy work. it isn't an easy thing to become a psy, it'll take you a while.

Why would you want to be that? Its stealing someone else's energy. Can't you gather your own? Try that, you might be more satisfied with it.

can psy vampires steal sexual energy. and if so how would i return the stolen energy.

Sexual energy is quite potent, but everyone can "recharge" themselves. No need to give it back unless you feel inclined to. And if that is the case simply lift the "weight" of the energy and place/send it to them. Please read as much as you can on this subject.

People need be careful about what they get into. To willingly engage in Psychic Vampirism is called a Psychic Attack. If you attack the wrong person it might not go so well. You never know which person has shields designed for such a situation.
