PSI ball

i need help with making a PSI ball because i really dont under stand how to do it

Is it a Psi ball you want or an energy ball. The issue with the modern wicca terms is that it takes everything that is not quite the same into on e catagory, if you just think of building a ball of energy or of the specific type of energy you want then you may find it easier.
