Making things appear?

I've been wondering if there's any way to make something appear like an apple or something because i haven't seen any on the site so i was wondering if it's possible. is it possible? would it use up a lot of energy? and could i make it appear where-ever I wanted?

You cannot simply go "poof" and have something appear, no. You cannot wish for an apple to appear and have it appear before you, or on a desk, or anywhere. No amount of energy could do that. It clearly goes against natural law, and the very basics of science.

A couple years ago I had one of my students ask me to try out a concept they had read about. Basically, this guy had figured out how to make things go "poof." He did this by transforming light into an object. Being the open minded person I am I gave it a go for a day but as expected had no results (I had only been doing it for 1 day so I can't confirm or deny anything).

Just thought I'd bring this up becuase it seemed like an interesting idea. ^_^ Perhaps it will become a good conversation piece.

Materialization of solid objects is often a side-effect or symptom of some greater work being undertaken.

Some holy men (and women, of course) have produced food, water, and other such items seemingly from nowhere at various times. Others have produced food but found it to be rotten (!)

Normally something like this is a boon or manifestation betokening a great transformation or initiation. If someone can make food appear out of thin air then that's probably the least remarkable thing about them! ;)

i here about people around washington that actually can do things that help plants but never actually making thimgs appear

Let me clarify again: You cannot make things go "poof". Period. You cannot transform light into an object. You cannot pull food out of thin air.
