Okay, so you need help with your court case. Don't tell me if you're guilty or not, but if you, in your heart,know that you are guilty, or somewhat guilty, or did something wrong - maybe it's a whole lot less than they say - but whatever, if there is some shred of personal responsibility here, then go ahead and do spiritual work to reduce your punishment, to make the witnesses less credible, to have the judge and jury favor you, etc., but please do this also.
If you are truly guilty, or somewhat guilty, and you get off, you need to right the imbalance. Even before your case when you start to pray for mercy or do work to your favor, you need to start correcting this inequity. Now, i'm not talking about instant karma or anything like that- you know, i do good and then good will come right back to me - because i don't think it's that simple. You got a break - or you're praying for a break -now you need to give back to the community whose laws you broke, whose resources you used, whose tax money got expended on bringing youto "justice." So before you go to trial, think of some way to give back. If you have money, donate it anonymously. If you don't have money, volunteer. There is a great need for volunteers; people are desperate for them. Give hours and hours of your time. Do this joyfully, in gratitude for the community in which you live. Better yet give to some victims' rights organization or the like.
In my experience, folks who give back to right the imbalance are typically repaid for this by the spirit of theircommunities. Communities and government agencies and the like have a non-physical, spiritual entity. It may sound odd, but this spiritual entity recognizes efforts made on its behalf, and i've found it worthwhile to petition those "spirits" and do work to their benefit. Or if that's a little metaphysical for your tastes, then it's just THE RIGHT THING TO DO; it make sense. You can't just ask, ask, ask, and not give, give, give.
So, no great and mysterious infallible magic spell to get you acquitted. Sorry. Just some common sense. You know, it's justgood practice when engaging in magic that is a touch selfish to also do something a bit self-less.

I went to court once, and I won the case because I did a court freezing spell and to do well in court spell, these spells are powerful, I am sure they will help you out.

There is a spell called "Justice" I can't remember right off everything about it. Maybe try looking through the sites spells or reading the Spell Forum
