newbie needs help, banish

Ok, totally new at this but at my wits end.
in a nutshell, bad marriage, husband has girlfriends and 6 dating site profiles. But he won't leave. I really don't know why he stays, I've told him out right I don't love him, through him out twice, but he just keeps coming back.
I need something that will convince him to move on. Nothing that would hurt him, but just something that will make him go away and stay away.
I've gotten over the pain, made new friends and finally, after 10 years of being jerked around, found someone I really like, but I can't move on until my husband moves on.
Any suggestions on a simple but really effective spell?
I mean, he can have his cars and motorcycle, all his tools and stuff, I don't want to take him to the cleaners, I just want him to go. Maybe back to California, he loved it there.

Magic(k) probably won't help with this. Never force anyone. If you really need it, probably just invoke some being or power and say a prayer with a lot intent for him to simply get out of your life, but at the same time harming none. Raise some energy while your at it I guess. The key thing with this is intent. You can follow a spell 'recipe' perfectly, but without proper and focused intention nothing will probably happen.
