Well there technicly isn't a spell. But I would suggest water scrying.might take a smidge longer than reguler scrying but it well worth it.

Yes, everyone who suggested scrying; it is a good way to watch someone or at least see what they might be up to. However, if you choose to try it, I must warn you, scrying, though fun in thought, can be scary in reality. Unless you are under control of your thoughts and energy, you may very well end up seeing things that have nothing to do with what you want to see and you may even see things you will whole-heartedly regret.

If you really want to spy on someone, place aprotective aura around you and then try asteral projection.

A good way to practice is to lay still with your eyes close and try to have your energy leave your body and look around your room. It takes a while to be able to send your site further but the more you practice, the better you will be.

Astral Projection, at least for beginers, is when you're lying down, you will feel your body start to spin and your adreniline will spike. DON'T MOVE, that is your body's way of telling you that your energy is about to part and see what you cannot.
