I recently read where someone said that they were 400+ years old. I understand that their spirit or astral body is that old but this seriously hit home for me. This site is for Christian - wiccans, druids, satanists, wiccans, witches, and the like. I'm seriously tired of roleplaying and people trying to turn into this and that. If this is how this site is going to stay then I'm seriously doubting if those who actually practice magic, will ever be able to converse and form friendships. How do you, the public feel on this situation?
I totally agree- its completely offensive and rude to say things like that, especially on a website like this where people come to find a home where they're not constantly bullied and terrorized for their religion. it's totally inappropriate to act like that here.
I totally agree with the fluff factor, it's easy to laugh it off.. You can be sure to have a good coven that doesn't allow that behavior, and block those you want, the sites set up for you to keep on working, and it's unfortunate that not everyone is on the same level, so to speak, but seriously just laugh it off.. You know why your here and just surround yourself with like minded people ,just like any other situation... Hope your fluff dies down..
Don't get me started on the spells section of this site. It'd be really nice to be able to have actual spells here. I know the spells matters by the intention not the words and all but still. Ive found only about three real spells and they're all in latin

Like with most things in life one needs to let certain things roll off or take it with a grain of salt. If you let things on this site get to you that much I think you are to serious in life. That is only my personal opinion.
Don't think I don't understand what your saying I do and yes it does get old. What I do is look past the fluff and look for those of us that are here for serious reasons. If people let the fluff get to them to much then they win. I for one would really hate to see that happen. Just think of what your looking for and wanting. is it helping others learn? Learning for yourself? Those are the things we need to really look at and not let the fluff win.
Its hard to filter out the wannabe of the impossible and Roleplayers of our craft from those who are actually real about it. I look on the forums a lot to meet new people and have intelligent conversations because there is a lack of fellow practictioners where I live. I also don't mind teaching here and there but not of the impossible. Sorry, but no matter how hard you try you won't become a vampire.
I just ignore them and skim over those kids of titles and people. You could always block them if they pester you with mail.
