Teeth Spell

Okay, two things.
One, I have been inconsiderate and lazy to the point where my retainers don't fit anymore. So I was wondering if there's a spell that can prevent my teeth from worsening.

The second thing. I don't blame my mother for being angry at me, it is my fault that my retainers don't fit, not anyone else's.
I have really bad anxiety issues and her yelling tends to numb my body to the point where I can't feel anything, kind of like a fear or shock induced anxiety attack. I start to feel worn-out and I'm unable to stop shaking for a few hours and my breathing goes high-wire, in a sense, with a risk of palpitations. That's what happens when you and your parent are literally polar opposites.

I know she is going to be angry, there isn't a way to prevent that. I'm in need for a confidence spell so that I have the courage to tell her, or maybe something that can prevent a bitter confrontation.

You're not really going to get a spell to cast that will prevent your teeth from worsening. You need to step up and actually take better care of them.

Although a spell could help you with confidence and courage, you don't necessarily need one. Confidence and courage comes from within. You need to find that within you and bring it out. Not look to s spell to do that for you.
