Just curious...

Is it possible to steal or trap souls/spirits of animals or living things? How would one reverse the process? Also, is it possible to give your soul to someone? Again, how would one undo the process? Thank you all so much for the help..

Well I know a few psy vampires and what they do is steal spiritual energy and on the occasions where vampires completely drain a human they steal all their life force.
There are stories of monsters who steal souls, sometimes by tricking people into deals other times they simply devour the entire person. If you were to do the same then you'd take their soul, as for doing that without cannibalism I've never heard of a spell to do so. But I'm sure that somewhere out there, one exists.

You cannot literally steal a soul or spirit, however you can practice something called binding. Binding a spirit is in simple terms, tying the subtle energies of an entity to something else or inhibiting its energy usage.

To reverse the process is to simply disrupt that subtle tie and break it.

It is not possible to permanently implant a soul into another living organism however you can bind it, as explained above.

Undoing this is the same concept.
