Just a quick question ...

Hello, I'm new to this site and new to spells in general. And I have a question. Oh, and before I begin, I'd like to say that I am not a full-practicing Wiccan or any religion like it, but I am very interested in it and I've done a lot of reading and research about it, trying to learn as much as I can and practicing simple spells here and there.

Anyway, my question is this (& I hope it doesn't offend people, & I hope I don't start having people call me stupid.) I cast a love spell that I found on here, careful to try and word it in a way so that the person wasn't "bound" to me (in other words, I didn't want to mess with his free will) and even though I'd hoped it would work, it either didn't, or I did it wrong and it maybe had an adverse affect, because the person now completely ignores me and even seems to hate me. I'm not even sure if the reason for his dislike of me has anything to do with the spell, and it may be just a coincidence, but also, after I cast it I had 3 pretty bad things happen to me, right after another.

So is there a way that I can cleanse myself of whatever bad karma I've acquired and remove any parts of the spell that I cast, just in case it did work in an adverse way? (Like I said, I have no idea if my bad situations and his new hatred of me have anything to do with the spell, but I honestly can't really think of anything else it could be) I just kind of want to start over with a clean slate and I'm not sure as to how to go about that. And I will never cast any sort of spell like that ever again.

Were you thinking of the negative aspects that could occur,if the spell was a failure?

I suppose, I tried not to because I tried to focus all my energy on feeling positive and hoping for the best. But since I'm new at this (I think maybe the spells was a little too advanced for me) I suppose maybe I didn't keep all of my fears that the spell wouldn't work in check.

No spells are too advanced, saying this already puts negativity on the spell,
You "hoping" isn't going to do a thing, you must "Will" it make the spell work don't hope it does.
P.S. Karma doesn't exist.

it depend on the person some people believe in the three fold law and karma and I'm a believer and the universe punished me really bad

Spells do not always work right away they can take years aometimes
