Lose of reputation

According to what I have heard/read about the rankings, this is an indication that your ranking hasn't disappeared, but rather it has moved into the hidden ranking of "Fluff". Someone more knowledgeable on the system than myself could confirm or deny this. :)

Sinful is correct in that rankings are made by someone who has themselves the rank of Knowledgeable. If they read your posts and feel that you are largely incorrect or engaged in what they consider fantasy they might rank you as Fluffy.

The way to increase your ranking once again is by continuing to make posts that indicate that you do in fact know what you're talking about, that the information you post is accurate, and that you can tell the difference between fantasy and reality. Asking to be ranked up is a probable way of not achieving that goal.
