i just saw the draconic curse spell. it says its realy dangerous but what can it be used for. i read it all out with my voice and out of sudden my hand and arm are hurting a little bit. so now i am wondering what it will do later to me. and if it is bad how can i repel it.
OK. Before we get into this whole 'white magick vs black magick' fiasco, let me just halt it by saying we have several forum posts stating that there is no color to magick. What counts is the intention of the caster. Secondly, magick is magick. You cannot claim that one is good and one is a sin. There is only the rule of three or karma or whatever you want to call it and some people don't even believe in that. So Hell Dragon, do not worry about it.
As far as the actual spell goes, neither of those spells will work without an activator like blood or spit. So more than likely it is a psychosomatic reaction. Just ground yourself and shake the hibby jibbys off. You are ok.
Black magick alway seems to put me in a box. I like to leave my options open. On top of that. Today was great news. Actually yesterday. I said "today" was a dawn of a new day. I felt it coming and now it is leaving, and it's black magick apparently. So Saturn, so constricting: black magick. Does it cost? Is it as selfish as the number nine? Is this why I ring my bell nine times before opening up a ritual for a curse?
Black magick is good once in a while, when the time comes. I know what it's like to feel like I am surrounded with an energy of Saturn all the time. It isn't fun.
Family, brotherhood, your sisterhood is the best love you'll get to kick the urge to spurge curses. I've had times, and many times, where I just wanted to destroy my enemies. If I take one step forward by letting my emotion decide for itself, then I lost. You think about it, you're against practically the whole world, because there are plenty of insubordinate word-mongers and evil-eye lookers to go against.
Like I said, once in a while, and that once in a while (for me) is to keep an asset sharp.
Interestingly enough. This is going off topic, but deciding what curse to choose I think has to do with one's emotional state. For instance, if you're furiously mad at a target, then it's best to do metallic magick (which is practically the essence of practical spirit power at its finest). If you're tired of it all, but moderately angry, and still refined/collected, then maybe a seven day hex will do the trick; as opposed to, one mean metallic curse. I am just talking practicality here.
Just wanted to put that thought out there: what type of magick may work best?
