talking cat

Is there really such a spell to make my cat able to talk? And does it have to be a certain kind of cat?

No no spell to do that, or it is called training.

there is a spell i saw it yesterday on another site but forgot to write it in my book all i know is that to make it work effectivly you have to tap the cat's forhead three times then say this chant, if i find it i'll post it up

"tail of rat
wing of bat
allow this cat to chit and chat!"
and remember tap it on the forhead three times then say this

Sounds good. Ill check it out. But i wont hesistate to critize if it doesnt work. Magick shouldnt break the natural rules of earth. I think this does..regardless, those of you who have tried it out, please post here if it worked.

I hope someone can try it and tell us. Try casting a circle the first time you do it (or second time if it doesnt work first time round), near midnight. It should work best at full moon midnight. You can do it without the full moon, though it helps anyway.
