Retrieve stolen handbag

Last July, I got robbed and the robber snatched my handbag. He had been in prison since last August and I really want my handbag back. I have been praying about it and using switchwords, but NOTHING happened. Casting a spell is my last resort and I want to go for it. Now, I am NOT a witch, how do I cast a spell which I can get my handbag back? Note that I want no harm to the robber. I just want my handbag back. Thank you.

Just a side note, magick can be dome by anyone and 'witch' is just a title like 'Jewish'.

What you ask sounds pretty impossible, since it was stolen a while ago and while the person was caught and convicted he no longer had the purse or it would of bee returned. It's either destroyed or sold to someone else. Magick is a natural force, its powerful but it doesn't work miracles. I would try a wish spell, or perhaps a honey jar if you put a picture of the bag in the jar and treat it as a wish spell to attract the bag back. Along with the spell u would talk to the police and put up a couple missing posters with a reward. [Nothing huge] this will increase your chances and the universe will see the lengths you're going to and this will increase the energy towards the spell.
