I'm kinda new. I've signed up a while ago but just started to get on more. I am in the first year and learning everything I can. I'm not very talkative but will ask questions or answer if I can or need. Right now I am learning to meditate but having a lot of trouble focusing. It is one of the exercise's I need to do for this course I'm taking on witchcraft. There are times I do talk to much like now but I tend to do that when I am very tired. So I will stop there. It there are any questions or anything else you would like to know or teach me you can send it to my mail on here.

Welcome to SoM acar9955! I also do have trouble focusing at times, since I am a beginner I play soft music (mostly new age, but sometimes classical/baroque) to help with my focus, but then at times when my focus is on point I will either keep the music down or not play it. The music helps me relax my mind and body which gives me a great meditation session. What can also help is incense (get the natural ones, ones without the dye if the dye irritates your senses), they're great to help relax your mind and body along with candles. Also, since I do not have great posture all the time I place a folded blanket underneath me so my hips are higher than my knees and I will sit up agains the wall. Most times the blanket is good enough. Wish you the best on your journey and learning experience! Blessed Be!
