I have dreams. The dreams are like little 5 second previews. But when I have the dream. That 5 second preview happens in real life later in time. HELP ME I am scared

i have those. Dont be afraid of them. some can be warnings (know from experience)and some are just the mind wondering. you can tell which are which. the ones i have it tells me exactly whats going to happen but when is still a mystery.
