You can teach yourself, but can be guided to the right info. Start here:
Go to forums/ General Info. Read Starting Out and Basics Extended.
Theses are good to read to understand how magick works. and...keep in mind that magick has no color. Its all in the intent of the witch or caster. For meditation, I have one on my profile page you might like. It teaches focus, relaxing the body at the same time. Good luck! Blessed Be...

Then you found your best teacher; and it is yourself. You can learn magick without relying on others.

you and your reading can teach you best.
it looks like i am repeating what others also say.
books which are respected learning tools can teach you.
as you read forum activity that can help.
i am thinking, that eventually you will run into a mentor, though i have not found one face to face.
i have a couple of "teachers" online who have kind of chosen me.
not in the classroom format though.
are there classes here?
i am not certain.if there are specific things which you are drawn to, you can look on u tube. you can compare and contrast different paths, or techniques within a path there.
if you are sincere, you can probably decipher which ones are more helpful. when i came along there wasn't such fingertip ease of knowledge obtaining.
i say take advantage,
you can even look at books online before buying.
you can go the old fashioned route to the library too.
you are asking so look into why you are asking for the direction to take.
good luck

Pretty much what everyone says, you are your best teacher. All you really need to do is find a good book on the subject. I recommend BUCKLAND'S BIG BOOK OF WITCHCRAFT, which not only teaches basics, but also teaches history and philosophy.

If you'd find an actual person to teach you, that's fine, sometimes you need to have some like-minded person who's been there longer to help guide you, but a good teacher will tell you what we've been telling you; the right book for you and practice. A good teacher will only help guide you through that practice.
