Bad prophetic dreams.

I've had prophetic dreams since I was a kid the dreams would always come true and I knew what to do in the situation well I just had a horrible one. I was with a group of other witches and another witch attacked us and then he ran off and I not knowing what to do summoned a demon. Adatiel to be specific and I sent him after the witch. But then my cat started acting weird and I hear the words send the damned back and I fell into epilepsy seizure and started seeing visions of diseases killing people and I started feeling like there was nothing happy in the universe and then I woke up screaming like I never have before. Please I felt a sensation during the dream that tells me if it's prophetic or not. Please help me prevent this from happening.

me and my sister suffer from the same thing about prophetic dreams and it is such a weird thing because we have the same dream on the same night and we dont live together and we have a 11 year age gap and i carnt find any way to stop it as it can be horrible as we see loved ones dying about 2 weeks befre it happens and it can be come a horrible thing to experience
