Is this oil safe to apply to skin?

With most oils it is good to spot test. Many people do so below the wrist or somewhere less noticeable and allow the skin 24 hours to react. Be aware of the spot for the first hour to see if there are burning or painful sensations, if there are you should immediately and thoroughly cleanse the spot test area, if burning or painful sensation persists see a doctor. If you have sensitive skin it is a good idea to dilute in an appropriate carrier oil.
