looking for a spell

Hi I'm looking for a spell or potion that will helplease boost my metabolism so I can loose some fat. I have gone to a more natural diet, stopped drinking sodas and even going to the gym 3 days a week working cardio more than lifting weights. Been doing this for 4 months and have lost some fat but not where it is noticeable. I really want to get off blood pressure medicine. Anyone have anything that can help. Not trying to look just....just healthy.

um not sure about that but..

as far as I know green tea may help as itpromotes fat-burning

and yeah dehydration may also causeyour metabolism slower

so drink a lot of water
