Go to the main forums, there's a section on Wicca, in there is a bunch of pinned forums all about Wicca. Please read those for further information.

Wicca is a relatively peaceful path, believing in a Horned God [horns like a deer not the devil] of the forest, and a Triple Goddess [representing the three stages of a woman's cycle 'maiden, mother, and crone'] of the moon. There number one rule is the Rede 'As in Harm None, Do as Ye Wilt' this does not mean you can do whatever you want. It means provided you do not harm any living thing [yourself included] by your actions, you can do it. As a Wiccan, you need to define what you see as harmful. Curses are typically seen as a no-no, but some people won't fight back, not even in self defense, won't say harmful things about another [gossip for example] some have also been known to become vegan, don't drink, do drugs, or have tattoos because there is harm in some way somewhere.

The holidays are spokes in the wheel of the year. Research them further, but basically Samhain [pronounced sow-win] is on October 31 and is basically pagan new year [as my friends say] the veil between the physical and spiritual is at its thinnest, and many will put pictures of dead relatives up, and welcome them home for the night. The Goddess is mourning the death of the God. Yule is on the Winter Solstice [roughly December 21] similar to Christmas, the God is reborn with the sun in the morning. Imbolc [February 2] is a time of balance and reflection, the Goddess is in her maiden phase as some people begin to see glimpses of spring. Ostara is basically pagan Easter when animals are being born [roughly March 21] The Lord and Lady meet and are wed on Beltane [May 1] which is a holiday for young lovers. Next comes Litha and the midpoint of summer [June 21] followed by Lughnasadh when the first harvest begins. Some say the God dies on this holiday, other believe it's the second harvest Mabon [September 21] which is more grains and apples and is celebrated a lot like thanksgiving.
