Chatter problem

I have a question, I have passed the chatter quiz and I was able to chat. But then, I wasn't able to chat. Each time I press "Enter", it goes one down, it doesn't say "You do not have permission to chat!". I'm not sure why it's doing this, answers are greatly appreciated.

Try reloading the page. If that doesn't work, sign out, then back in. Hope this helps. It helped me in the past.
