hi. i have a bad case of adhd and anxiety and it makes it near impossible for me to meditate. lots of people say its a great way to calm myself and also work with my craft, but i can never get into the place i need to be because i cant sit still because of my neurodivergents.
i was hopping someone would have some tips or alternatives for meditating, i want to get better at what i do but this is so so hard
