Protection spell

My friend told me she has a female shadow following her in her home. The shadow won't let her sleep and it's been going on for a few months now. I asked my father and he said it could be something she's projecting since her depression had started up around the same time. Is there a spell I could do for her to protect her from this? If it is something she's projecting, how can she get rid of it? Would I be able to get rid of something she's projecting?

If it is something she is projecting, if she tells it to leave, it should go away. But, she has to say it with confidence.

Alternatively, you could help her do a cleansing of her home. I think having her involved in it would help her feel more at ease, especially if you explain to her what you are doing and why. Also, get her to do a self cleansing.

She thinks that I'm overreacting about everything, that it's probably just a hallucination due to her being so depressed. I gave her some of the advice for protection my dad told be about, but I doubt she did it. That's why I want to do it myself.

Okay, well, you can still do a cleansing of her house, but make sure you have her permission. I know she thinks you're overreacting, but let her know that you are just worried.

You may also want to talk to her about seeing a psychiatrist about the whole thing though. It could be a psychological issue that would be better dealt with in that way.

gesspy, this is not Harry Potter. Saying a few words from a movie/book is not going to do anything.

Its a mantra ment to focus the meditator so they can cleanse general energies. Its common to use words that someone doesn't use commonly so they can reach a state of zen.

They can't pass over Triquatra marks (unless they are extreamly powerful). If you draw one on your friend that will work, you can also draw them on post it papers and place them on her bread room door and window.

Yes, something as basic like this works (because your only dealing with shadow demons).

If this isn't reassuring enough for you; You can place salt infront of her window and door. You could also buy religous objects (they do not do anything, but it makes some people feel better. Also demons generally stay away from them because they hate those sort of objects). And if your really worried then you can burn sage and light a white candle.
