Real Gender Spells?

since i am Sorceress in training, i had been asked by longtime friend of mine.. she found out that i'm Sorceress when i started three years ago. she asked me if here are any actual working gender spells. she wants to become a girl fully. in everything 100%.

she identify as female but her body is male. i don't even know what to say to her about it.

any advice or spells etc etc would be helpful.

It's called surgery. There is no other way for her to change her physical form. Magic is not capable of changing the dna of a person.

Maybe help by creating transition blessing? Trangender surgery is basically the only way your friend can physically change body parts. Sadly our magic doesn't work that way. But helping through blessings and spells you write may come as a help.

Now, there are blessings for her to make the transition if she decides to go with hormones or surgery. Sigils for transphobes to stay away, glamors to make you look more like your trueself (who you identify as).

Magic however, does not alter you body like how you are suggesting.

Its the removal of parts that is all.

Counseling, hormones, then surgery; this is the way to change sexes. How do I know? I had a friend who went through the process.

You cannot change sex. You can only change the appearance of sex. A male may have a surgical form of breast and vagina. But the DNA will still be male. The change will not enable the changed body to bear children. It would still be male.

Who said anything about bearing children? All that counts is that she is legally and physically female. DNA plays no part in being this way. As long as she is happy, that is what matters.
