3 & 9

First I want to say I'm new here....I'm trying to have an understanding about the numbers 3 and 9. My birthdate falls on 9/18/81. However, my biggest problem is with the number 3 even though the number 9 plays such a huge role for my life. Major events usually falls after 3 such as 3 days 3 weeks 3 months and even 3 years. Can anyone help on giving me some insight.

Also, over the last year my visions have come to such a halt that I am feeling not myself. My visions always warned me or helped me in certain ways but without them I feel lost.
I Dont know where to turn.
