Mailing and spam

If I send someone a lot of mails before they answer is it considered a spam? This person I do it has no problem, and we talk for magic related subjects.

If it is could it lead to gag-even if it does since mods have no access to personal email, how gag will occur?

It could be spam as well as it could be considered harassment. If the person doesnt reply after the first two ask your question to someone else or on the forums.

If the person complains that you are spamming or harassing you then you can be gagged. The Site Administrator does have access to your e-mails.

Yes it can be considered spam and or harassment if the person reports you to a moderator or the website administrator Petrarca you can be gagged its against the terms of service

The member has absolutely no problem. Also as I have mentipned, we talk only about magical facts...she is online very rarely, that's whynI have so many questions...

Can it still lead to gag?

In that particular case it will probably not lead to a gag. But if she asks you to stop doing it then you should.
