There is no spell that can guarantee a wish to come true but I would suggest looking up some good luck spells or good fortune spells. What is the wish?
Yes but many wish spells can be categorized in a preexisting type [like winning the lottery could be wealth or luck] but be sure the wish in question is actually possible.
Hey! Of course there is! By heart, if I were you I would summon a Genie. Their magic is powerful, and it's preety fun dealing with non-physical beings. I would choose this for two main reasons:
1) I love dealing with non-physical entities.
2) Their magic is powerful... Surely more powerful than mine. Their magic also may make the wish granted faster.
Many, or even you will say they can twist wishes and such but if you are extremely detailed and talk to a "friendly" one nothing bad will happen.

As previously stated, there is no way to make the wishes come true by magic alone. I encourage you, like with all magic, to petition for realistic things. It's a good maxim to keep.
Now, there are a couple different ways to send your desires out into the world. Petitioning an entity is one, as stated by a poster above, but I wouldn't recommend it without having first established a relationship with the deity or spirit.
There are other smaller methods to doing it without positioning a spirit. Depending on your wish, you may want to construct a spell around it. But for a general desire, you could make a petition paper or sigil and send it off some way (such as burning it). This could be on paper or a bay leaf. You could also make a small booklet for goals you want to achieve. Then, make an affirmation to repeat over and over as you strive for this goal.
Just some things off the top of my head, I'm sure there are more.
Depending on what the wish is... If it's a practical, realistic request, try writing it down on a bay leaf and burning it. Carry the ashes with you or release them over flowing water. Be specific and simplify your request. Here's a tip, really think about what you're wishing for. If it's a love wish, is it that person you want or how they make you feel? If it's money, what is it you need to buy? Is it financial security you seek or getting out of debt? Think about your wish and try being specific on what you truly want out of it.
