Reincarnation?

What does Wiccan say about reincarnation? Or do they not talk about it?

Many Wiccans, but not all, believe in reincarnation. The most common way of looking at what happens when we die is that the soul goes to a place called "The Summerland" where it can rest and reflect on the lessons it learned in its previous life. Then, when it is time, one is reborn with the aim of being a better person the during the next life.
