I'd say you can get fine without them by vampirizing them back, but I would advise you just put a curse on them and move on. Might be harder to do if they're always there, though circumstances can align for them to screw up enough to get fired.
What type of environment do you work in? Hotel, bar, restaurant, hospital, office? Is it a fast paced job? Or slow? Maybe that info could help others when offering I input as to how to contain this pest.
I doubt it. Most people do not even believe in magic.
Even then, the target may have guardians, unconscious defenses, or something else that would make the curse harder to execute. For any concerns, I advise you divine on it, and form an action plan before doing anything.
I work in a warehouse and it is very fast paced. I work in the jewelry department and often pieces of jewelry go in the wrong bins (because of this person). It's messing up the supervisors up and the workers. I tried reporting this person but she somehow gets a another chance.
History of my target: she has it her way in the warehouse because her mother provides her success in firing people that she doesn't like simply because they are better than her. In other words my target is just a super ugly jealous freak. I say freak because nobody wants to be around her, they sense an evil aura coming from her. Apparently her mother is a witch and that's her source of power. She has falsely accused of some people in there as being racist towards her as a way for her getting rid of people. She's recently been slandering my name. It's always a battle with me and her every single day that I work. But I am really good at anticipating her moves and I've done everything I can to stop her from getting me fired. The problem is that I'm getting tired of it and I want to permanently get rid of her. Spiritually and physically exhausting.
You say her mother fires people for her. Does her mother own the business? If her mother owns the business or is some sort of partner it is best to look for a new job. If the mother is an employee you will have to do something about the mother and then the daughter. You have to remove her source of power then she will be easy to contain because she will most likely quit when mommy is gone or get fired because no one else will put up with this. Be sure to protect yourself ahead of time, I'm sure you already know, but just a concerned reminder. I'm not really experienced in such things as binding, but maybe you could bind her into the spell meant for her mother?
What I meant by protect your self in the post above means to look for another job no matter what, along with a protection spell on yourself. If the mother really is a witch, and she or her daughter are forced to quit or fired, then most likely she will attack this place of business, which will hurt everyone there. It is even possible she could sue the place for racism and win, then get her job back, you did say they like to cry racism. Maybe it would be better if you do something to find yourself a better job, and bring forth luck and success for you, leaving those two narcissists to rot. You know your success is the best revenge against such people.
Her mother doesn't work there. They have no relation to the company's owners or bosses. I have been looking into other jobs as a backup. I keep my mind positive at all times as a way to protect myself(It's been working so far).
If my target gets fired, she can't sue. Only US citizens can sue, she is not and that's the main reason why she's very unhappy. She has a personal problem with me being the same race but the difference is that I am a US citizen and she is not. So I have a feeling that even if I leave for a better job, she will still go after me through the help of her mother's magick workings. I had a group of 10 friends in the work place and out of the 10, only one is left working there. All 10 of them had a problem with getting a ride to work. Half of them gotten into car accidents causing them to be unable to work...
Is she working legally or not? Almost all of them car accidents, wow, does sound like a spell, it seems car accidents are a common occurrence with spells. I put one on my husband when angry, very careless of me, his mid life crisis car was totaled, and I was driving. If her mother really is a witch whatever she is doing will backfire soon. You will need to neutralize her mother somehow. How close can you get to this woman? Or does she keep her distance? Is it possible to get something of hers?
