Depends on many factors. Nothing in witchcraft is a guarntee. Factoring in your experience and skill set will help. What I mean is, knowing what your doing and how to go about it play heavily into it. There are may things besides the directions that will come on the piece of paper that a seasoned practitioner might think to add instinctually. However, plenty of people have done a spell without experience, some have done it without even knowing.
