Illusions and Clairvoyanc

Greetings,
I'm here to seek everyone with any experience or knowledge in order for me to understand this situation. Ok you see often I would wake up around 2 to 3 am in the morning. This is normal for me in this time I would be listening to the radio (102.3 MMM) Sometimes every time I would close my eyes I would have a weird image in my mind.

The one image I have seen was that there was this body that looks like a human but didn't necessarily have detailed features such as: eyes, nose, reproductive organs and etc. it was just a blank white glowing body that was about a inch high that had two legs, a arm and no head.

For a better description I'd publish a drawing of what I saw to help you get an understanding. The overall question is if someone could tell me if this is an illusion or a sign of clairvoyance. Or if anyone had a similar experience.
If you have any knowledge upon this or anything I'd love to hear it.

I doubt it is an illusion, if it happens often and on regular basis, and it is always the same image or very similar. There is a consistency to it. So, I am assuming that it is not random, but internal construct of you consciousness, which might have been influenced either by external or internal force.

When we are awakening or felling asleep our brain undergoes changes of status of functioning. This change makes you more open to perceive things you usually will not.

Do not try to ponder mind wise on its nature, when it appears next time. Instead, concentrate on what feelings and impressions you can feel coming from it. I have noticed that legit spiritual beings feel complete and much more emotional (human or not), than let say a memory ghost or thoughtform. Although, their emotions are not always identical to human ones.You can also try to ask it a question in your mind, and see if it will react to it. Figuring out this type things requires trial and error techniques, using different approaches and a lot of observation. It will be useful also to try to immediately write down everything you felt for future references.Try also to let your mind open and see if you can doodle or scribble something. There must be some reason for this process to repeat itself.
